➤ Drop-Off & Turnaround

  • Standard Service: 48-hour turnaround

  • Express Service: 24-hour turnaround available for an additional rush fee

  • Orders must be picked up on or after the scheduled pickup date

➤ Sorting & Handling

  • No need to pre-sort your laundry — we’ll do it for you!

  • We sort by color and fabric to help prevent bleeding and damage.

  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, color transfer due to unstable dyes, or damage to garments with excessive wear or pre-existing issues.

➤ Lost or Damaged Items

  • We take great care, but mistakes can happen.

  • If you believe an item was lost or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup.

➤ Items Left in Pockets

  • Please check all pockets before drop-off.

  • We are not responsible for items left inside (e.g., pens, gum, money) or for any damage they may cause during laundering.

➤ Payment & Billing

  • Payment is due at pickup unless prepaid.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit, or invoice by arrangement for recurring clients.

➤ Late Pickups & Abandonment

  • Orders not picked up within 14 days will incur a 15% fee every 2 weeks.

  • Orders left for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded.

➤ Minimum Order

  • We require a 10-pound minimum per order.

➤ Communication & Notifications

  • You'll receive a text or email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Please make sure your contact info is correct at drop-off.

If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right!
