Not Responsible For Disclaimer
By using our Fold & Go laundry service, you acknowledge and agree that Riverside Linens is not responsible for the following:
1. Shrinkage or Fading
Natural wear and tear, including shrinkage or color fading, is a normal part of the laundry process. We are not responsible for changes due to manufacturer defects or fabric sensitivity.
2. Missing Buttons, Drawstrings, or Fasteners
While we take care in handling your garments, we are not liable for broken or missing accessories such as zippers, snaps, or buttons.
3. Loose Items Left in Pockets
We are not responsible for damage caused by or loss of items left in clothing (e.g., pens, lipstick, gum, jewelry, money).
4. Delicate or Specialty Items
We do not assume responsibility for items labeled "hand wash only," "dry clean only," or that require special care unless disclosed and approved in writing before drop-off.
5. Damaged or Worn-Out Fabrics
Items with existing damage or excessive wear may degrade further during laundering. We cannot be held responsible for further deterioration.
Drop & Go Service Policies
1. Standard Turnaround Time
o 48hour standard turnaround
2. Minimum Order Weight
o 5 lb minimum
3. Pricing
o $2.75 per pound
4. Payment Terms
o Payment is due before items are sent out for delivery
o Unpaid orders may not be released
5. All Sales Final
o Due to the nature of the service, refunds or reprocessing are not guaranteed unless damage is clearly due to negligence
