1. How does our Fold & Go service work?
Schedule a pick-up, leave it at your door, we pickup, wash, fold, package, and deliver — then notify you when it’s delivered!
2. What is the turnaround time?
Standard: 48 hours
3. How much does it cost?
$2.75/lb
4. Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we require a 5-pound minimum.
5. What if I leave something in my pockets?
Double-check all garments before they are picked up! We are not responsible for items left in pockets or damage they may cause (e.g., ink stains from pens).
6. Do I need to sort my laundry before it is picked up?
No need — we’ve got it covered! However, we are not responsible for manufacturer-related issues such as color bleeding or fabric damage due to pre-existing wear.
7. Do you wash my clothes with other people’s laundry?
Never! Each order is processed separately.
8. What kind of detergent do you use?
We use hypoallergenic detergent!
10. What if I have “dry clean only” items?
We are fit to process machine-washable laundry.
11. How will I know when my order is ready?
We’ll send a text or email once your laundry is delivered.
12. Do I need to label my laundry bag?
No — we will keep track of everything.
