1. How does our Fold & Go service work?
Simply drop off your laundry, we’ll weigh it, provide you with an invoice, wash, dry, and neatly fold it — then notify you when it’s ready for pickup!
2. What is the turnaround time?
Standard: 48 hours
Express: 24-hour turnaround available for an additional fee
We’ll confirm the pickup date when you drop off.
3. How much does it cost?
Our pricing is by the pound.
Standard Rate: $2.25/lb
Express (24-hr): $2.75/lb
4. Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we require a 10-pound minimum.
5. What if I leave something in my pockets?
Please double-check all garments before dropping off! We are not responsible for items left in pockets or damage they may cause (e.g., ink stains from pens).
6. Do I need to sort my laundry before drop-off?
No need — we’ve got it covered! Our team will sort your laundry by color and fabric type to ensure the best possible care. However, we are not responsible for manufacturer-related issues such as color bleeding or fabric damage due to pre-existing wear.
7. Do you wash my clothes with other people’s laundry?
Never! Each order is processed separately, so your items are always washed and dried independently.
8. What kind of detergent do you use?
We use high-quality, fragrance-free hypoallergenic detergent!
9. What happens if I don’t pick up my laundry?
After 14 days, a 15% fee is added every 2 weeks.
After 30 days, unclaimed laundry will be considered abandoned and donated.
10. What if I have “dry clean only” items?
We are fit to process machine-washable laundry. Please remove specialty garments you are concerned about before dropping off. If you’re unsure, ask us first! We will dry delicate garments on low heat.
11. How will I know when my order is ready?
We’ll send a text or email once your laundry is ready for pickup.
12. Do I need to label my laundry bag?
No — we will label your items after weighing them.
